UL Field Services

At Utah Power Services, we understand the critical need for your equipment to be both safe and compliant with industry standards. Our UL Field Services are specifically designed to assist commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring a high level of protection against electrical failures and potential hazards.

Our process begins when you contact us with an application, detailing your machines along with photos. This allows us to evaluate your equipment’s current status. Joe and our adept engineering partner will review your application to provide a specialized quote for the UL field evaluation.

Once we establish a plan with you, an on-site evaluation and thorough testing are conducted. This includes available thermal or infrared testing to identify overheated panels or other fire hazards. Our detailed report highlights any issues that need addressing to bring systems up to compliance, and we offer customers the choice to conduct repairs themselves or entrust us with the task.

If you choose the latter, we will issue a full proposal, usually per machine, with a progress tracking system ensuring transparency and commitment to deadlines. After your final payment has been made, we'll issue the UL certificate or sticker, signifying successful compliance, and apply it to your machinery.
